Abstract :
Very little has changed in how we manage post extraction sites prior to bone regeneration or implant placement in the past 20 years. Should we be looking at how we clean and prepare the alveolar socket differently? What can be used in terms of technology that could ameliorate bone site preparation? This lecture will be about specific techniques and procedures for Dr Stanley and his team at the White Clinic in Lisbon Portugal have been developing over recent years, that use a sequence of technologies that increase success rate of implants as well as the patient experience in the subsequent days and weeks after their surgical intervention. Dr. Miguel Stanley is a private practitioner and a passionate advocate for ethics and quality dentistry with a focus on biological and functional full mouth rehabilitation.
